GENERAL INFO
WHEN RENTING A TENT
Be sure to have the exact location picked out before delivery. Make sure there is enough room for tent stakes and guy lines. Guy lines require an extra five feet of space from the tent for staking on each side of tent. Example: a 20’x20’ tent requires a 30’ x 30’ area for proper staking. If you are unsure about what tent will fit in your area give us a call so we can come out and measure it for you. Check your area for any underground utilities. All American Tents And Events is not liable for any damage to any underground utilities. It is the customers responsibility to call Okie 811 -(a free service)- 10 days before your event at 800-522-6543 and have the tent area flagged 5 days before the event. Okie Dig does not flag irrigation obstructions.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made to the first floor or garage only. Rates vary upon location and do not include carrying equipment long distances. Extra charges apply for stairs, elevators, hills. Please let our delivery team know of any shortages at time of delivery.
PICK-UPS
All equipment must be re-stacked and ready for pick-up in the same place delivered. A charge is added if equipment is still set up when we arrive, or if there are missing or broken items.
